Be liberated from the restricting-overeating cycle, food addiction and body shame.

Heal the Hungry Brain TM

Positive Body Image
Healthy Eating Patterns

Struggle to love your body? Feel stuck in unhealthy eating patterns? This therapeutic program, offered privately and in a group setting, offers health and freedom. Discover what neuroscience reveals about how processed food, the thin ideal, stress and weight-watching initiate a Hungry Brain, perpetuating unhealthy eating patterns and keeping you stuck in an internal war. Learn simple and effective techniques that heal the brain from exposure to those stressors, help you to create healthy eating habits and to develop a positive body image.

Engaging, experiential and welcoming sessions cover important topics such as how to stop cravings in their tracks, how to shift into a lifestyle that reduces, or eliminates, craving states, how to encode new neuropathways that lead you to self-care instead of food when things get hard, how to stop your inner bully from shaming you, how to experience more happiness without using food, how to break your dependence on processed foods, how to increase the desire for natural foods, and how put the brakes on overeating to maintain a healthy weight.

Come to a place that offers freedom from body shame and unhealthy eating patterns so that you can shift into a happy and healthy lifestyle.
