Be liberated from the restricting-overeating cycle, food addiction and body shame.

Heal the Hungry Brain TM

Positive Body Image – Healthy Eating

Struggle to love your body? Feel stuck in unhealthy eating patterns? This therapeutic program, offered privately and in a group setting, offers health and healing. Discover how processed food, the thin ideal, stress and weight-watching initiate a Hungry Brain, perpetuating unhealthy eating patterns and keeping you stuck in an internal war. Learn simple and effective techniques that heal the Hungry Brain, enabling you to take control of yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, binge eating and food addiction, create a healthy lifestyle, and develop a positive body image.

Engaging, experiential and welcoming sessions cover important topics such as how to stop cravings in their tracks, how to shift into a lifestyle that reduces, or eliminates, craving states, how to heal through self-care, how to stop your inner bully, how to soothe without using substances like food, how to break your dependence on processed foods, how to increase the desire for natural foods, and how put the brakes on overeating to maintain a healthy weight.

Come to a place that offers freedom from body shame and unhealthy eating patterns so that you can shift into a happier and healthier lifestyle.
